Is Nokia getting ready to launch its first 12-Megapixel camera in the form of the Nokia N87 12MP? It certainly looks so as a leaked video claiming to be the new super-snapper has appeared online. Find out more about the Nokia N87 12MP after the jump…
With the Nokia N86 8MP being onsale for close to six months now, it looks like Nokia may well be getting ready to make the next step in the pixel war with the Nokia N87 12MP. A video leaked online claims to show what we can expect from the high-end snapper.
Alongside the 12-Megapixel CCD, it’s claimed the Nokia N87 12MP will come with dual-LED and Xenon Flash. The video also shows what looks like a wishlist for most people, with a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen (800 x 480-pixel) display, up to 16GB of internal memory and Symbian S60 5th Edition OS running things.
Little else is known about the Nokia N87 12MP and it’s highly unlikely we’ll see the device launched this side of Christmas. Something to look forward to in the New Year perhaps?
