Are Apple running scared? Tesco announce they will be selling iPhones at affordable prices in time for Christmas.

I don’t think they’re running scared, just selling as much as possible, the iphone (excluding the 3gs ‘upgrade’) must be about 2 years old as contracts are starting to expire… Currently most people think of new phones and they think of the iphone so by flooding the market they are ensuring take up of essentially old tech on 18 month contracts. I have an iphone btw, and mine is a year old and getting boring.

But apple aren’t running scared, just trying to make as much money as possible by raping their own brand.
