The Nokia E72 is an update of the hugely successful Nokia E71 and it looks like it’s going to be just as huge as hit. Vodafone seems to think so, as the carrier has signed the Nokia E72 Black up to an exclusive contract. Find out more about the Nokia E72 after the jump…
The Nokia E72 is set to launch later this month and it looks like Vodafone will be getting an exclusive on at least one version of the messenger phone. The 2.4-inch screen isn’t touchscreen but with the some of the best email software and a full QWERTY keyboard, the Nokia E72 take what was popular on the Nokia E71 and ramps it up.
So, you’ll find 3G for fast email, a 5-Megapixel camera for super-sure snaps with auto-focus and Flash. Then there is built-in GPS, Wi-Fi and a 3.5mm audio jack for listening to music and hands-free calls.
You can get the Nokia E72 from Vodafone for Free as long as you sign up for a 24 month contract at 330 a month. Vodafone is also offering the Nokia E72 on Pay as You Go for £300.
It seems the Nokia E72 Black edition will be exclusive until January, at which point the other networks, T-Mobile, O2 and Orange, will be able to get their hands on the device. So, the question is, will the Nokia E72 White be an exclusive and who is likely to bag that version? For now we’ll have to wait and see.
