The HTC HD2, the handset formerly known as the HTC Leo, looks as though it’s all set to start shipping on the 20th November. The HTC HD2 could well be the last major handset to launch before Christmas and this super-sized smartphone will be he first Windows Mobile device to come with the ‘pinch to zoom’ option, which is a commonplace feature on the Apple iPhone.

HTC has also popped Sense UI on top of Windows Mobile and have reportedly made la host of software tweaks to make it run faster. If you want to get your hands on this device when it launches you’ll find that at £550 (inc VAT) SIM free this is going to be one of the more expensive smartphones around.
For your money, the HTC HD2 comes with 5-Megapixel camera with dual LED flash and auto-focus, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G, a standard headphone jack, HSUPA and GPS.
