If you’re looking for the latest in email and messaging, the Nokia E72 could well be the perfect device for you. An update rather than a total overhaul of everyone’s favourite Nokia E71, you’ll get a slightly tweaked design and an improved spec list. What’s more, it’s now available in the UK. The Nokia E72 takes what we know about the Nokia E71 – QWERTY keyboard, super easy email and messaging and a great interface – and twists it into a new handset that is not only juts 10mm at its thickest point, but also a lighter at just 128g.
The Nokia E72 comes with a 2.4-inch screen and you’ll find 40MB of memory on-board. Nokia will ship the handset with a 4GB microSD card and the device itself will support up to 16GB of storage.
What’s more, you’ll find a 5-Megapixel camera packed inside, along with a new Optical Navi Key allows for convenient and easy scrolling through menus, email messaging and maps. Then there is support for HSDPA speeds up to 10.2Mbps and with A-GPS support you’ll be able to find where you are and where you’re heading in seconds.
The Nokia E72 went up for pre-order in the US earlier this week, but you’ll be able to pick the UK version up for just £359 (inc. VAT) SIM free, which sounds like a bargain to us.
