The LG Chocolate BL20 is an entry-level feature phone that adds neatly to the expanding range of quality handsets from the company. The LG Chocolate BL20 features a 2.4-inch screen with QVGA 240 x 320 resolution and a slideout keypad. The BL20 features a 5-Megapixel camera with auto-focus and built-inflash.
The casing has been kept slim, with dimensions of 106.9 x 50.8 x 12.3mm and an overall weight of 115g. In order to save space, touch-sensitive controls have been added to the sides of the phone including functions like volume control and camera zoom.
‘Widget hotkeys’ help users personalise their handsets and a fun new feature to the BL20 includes Clear Memo Capture that captures text, handwritten notes and drawings
The microSD slot can hold up to 16GB cards, and the phone features the latest Bluetooth connectivity but no built-in Wi-Fi.
“The New LG Chocolate BL20 offers consumers another way to experience the luxurious style and high performance that is symbolic of the LG Chocolate series,” said Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Mobile.
The LG Chocolate BL20 will be released in Q4 in the UK from the mobile operator O2. The price has not yet been revealed but has been described by LG as ‘affordable’.
