The Samsung Genio Touch is the latest entry-level touchscreen mobile phone from the company who brought us the Samsung Tocco Ultra and the Samsung F480 Tocco. Very much in the mould, the Genio Touch is aimed at the youth and entry-level market. Find out the full tech specs and details on the Samsung Genio Touch after the jump…
The Samsung Genio Touch looks set to launch in the next few weeks and is another touchscreen phone that uses the Samsung TouchWiz interface. This 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen device is aimed at entry-level users looking for their first touchscreen device.
As you would expect from an entry-level phone, the Genio Touch is all about social media networking, so you’ll find instant access to your Facebook page, YouTube and even MySpace if you want it, there at the tap of the screen.
What’s more, it will be made available in a full array of bright colours, so you and your best friends will always stand out in the crowd.
When it comes to other features, the Samsung Genio Touch comes with a 2-Megapixel camera, FM radio, haptic feedback and even song/voice recognition tools.
The Samsung Genio Touch is set for launch in the next couple of weeks but pricing has yet to be announced. However, we expect it to be well within the sub-£100 category.
