The Samsung Solstice is pretty much your basic touchscreen handset. Boasting a three-inch touchscreen it sports Sammy’s TouchWiz user interface, supports email IM and has a distinctly average two-megapixel camera that’s capable of also capturing video.

Elsewhere, the Samsung Solstice also hasan MP3 player, an accelerometer for flippy fun, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot for expanding that storage up to 16GB. All pretty standard stuff then. But what’s not standard is the price: $99.99. Why do we give it to you in dollars? Because it’s only available in the States over AT&T starting August 2.
