Samsung seems to be releasing more entry-level mobile phones than any one else of late. The latest addition is the Samsung S6700 slider, which is very much a music phone for the masses. What’s more, it also has an uncanny look to the Samsung S3500, which makes it a well built phone. Check out the Samsung S6700 after the jump…
The Samsung S6700 is a slider phone with an entry-level spec that will more than suit anyone looking for a good all-round phone on a budget. You’ll find HSDPA support, with speeds up to 3.6Mbps supported. Expected to make an appearance on the PAYG circuit, the Samsung S6700 has a decent spec for the price.
The 2.4-inch screen as the now standard 240 x 320 pixel resolution. It comes with a built-in music player but with only 120MB of internal memory, you’ll be making the most of the microSD slot, which supports up to 16GB of storage.
The Samsung S6700 comes with a 3-Megapixel camera, so you’ll be able to take snaps up to 2048 x 1536 pixels with ease. The HSDPA connection means you can instantly upload them to Flickr or Facebook, for example, without putting strain on the system. What’s more, it also packs in a dual-LED flash, so taking images indoors will be impressive.
The Samsung S6700 will be available on a range of networks in the coming weeks.
