Apple is now offering a free download of Apple iPhone OS 3.0 through iTunes and bringing with it a host of updates and new features. Perhaps the most eagerly awaited feature of Apple iPhone OS 3.0 is the ability to Cut & Paste within apps, such a little thing but one that makes life a whole lot easier.
If you want to use your iPhone as a modem to power your laptop, this is now possible using the new Tethering option. Video streaming just got a whole lot faster too as the new HTTP Streaming tools helps make video a better experience, while those looking to send emails can now do so in Landscape mode.
Perhaps one of the most bizarre new features for a touchscreen control phone are the new Voice Controls tools, which allow you to make calls, pull up your contacts and use your iPhone without even touching it!
