The T-Mobile G1 Android has been something of a success, selling 100,000 T-Mobile G1 units so far. However, image that are being dubbed as the ‘G3 Android’ or more likely to be known as the HTC Hero have been leaked onto the internet.
This Android smartphone takes many of its design cues from the HTC Magic but with a number of subtle differences. Check out the HTC Hero after the jump…
The HTC Hero Android smartphone seems to have leaked onto the internet via a few candid shots on the Code Android website.
The guys managed to report that the chassis is slimmer and thinner than can be found on the T-Mobile and while it looks a little like the HTC Magic, it appears to be sans trackball, so navigating around the device will bring a different experience.
Other details are a little thin on the ground, as you’d expect, but judging from the pictures, multimedia is being pushed to the fore with a 3.5mm audio jack, which is a step in the right direction. As you would expect, price and tech spec, let alone a release data are still under wraps for now.
