The LG Viewty II seems to have stayed pretty much under radar for the last few months but it looks like LG is gearing up to be released sooner than expected if the latest rumours are to be believed.
It looks like the LG Viewty II will be shipping in June but which operator will have it first? Find out after the jump…
The LG Viewty II hasn’t been high on people’s hit-lists of late but the heat juts turned up a notch with the news that it could well be shipping as soon as June.
ElectricPig seems to have gotten wind the LG Viewty II will be shipping in June from Orange.
The LG Viewty II, or LG GC900 to give it its full name, comes with an 8-Megapixel camera, 3-inch touchscreen display, 32GB of internal storage and the LG Arena’s 3D S-Class interface.
The Viewty II will also be fitted with a Xenon flash and software face recognition, tracking and image stabilization. There will also be manual and auto-focusing on offer, just like the original Viewty. Slow-mo and full speed video can be captured using the camera and the phone will record to DivX. The shutter is also reported to support ISO 1600 ‘film speed’, making it as sensitive to light as a proper digital camera.
There are no details of pricing either from Orange or any of the other operators but we’ll let you know as soon as they emerge.
