The Palm Pre comes with a brand new operating system, in the shape of WebOS, which promises to deliver

The pebble design looks fantastic and as it’s been ergonomically designed to suit the way people speak into a phone, it’ll offer a comfortable phone experience. For when you want to work, it comes with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that is tactile and easy to use. Overall, the Palm Pre is an exciting new venture for the company but let’s take a look at it’s key features in a little more depth.

Key features of the Palm Pre:

Online
The Palm Pre browser is claimed to be 25 per cent faster than you’ll find on the iPhone, so you’ll get your content when you want it, without having to wait. Plus, the applications on the Pre are connected to the web and constantly updated, so you get the latest information without having to wait.

Smartphone
The Palm Pre has been designed with mobile life in mind, so the OS can make full use of integrating your data no matter how many online accounts you have. So, the Pre pulls your different online calendars into one bringing you the information you want without having to search for it. Pre links your contacts from different sources, giving you one place to find what you need.
