Vodafone is set exclusively launch the HTC Magic smartphone in this country, possibly as soon as April, making it only the second Android smartphone officially on sale.
The HTC Magic is about to join the T-Mobile G1, as a Google Android smartphone and Vodafone has a rather nifty ice-white version under exclusive contract that is just about ready to roll.
The HTC Magic is available on a range of price plans. The phone itself come with a 3.2-inch touchscreen, but you’ll also find trackball and navigation buttons to make the most of apps and services. You’ll find 512MB of memory the option to add up to 16GB more using the microSD slot. A full 3G phone, you’ll also find Bluetooth and Wi-Fi fitted as standard.
The HTC Magic has a range mobile internet features, starting with Webkit, an Android specific browser that works directly with Google for the fastest possible browser experience on a handset. It also comes with Google Maps and Google Search as well as social media tools, such as YouTube.
The HTC Magic on Vodafone is set to launch in April.
