Acer is set to launch its new range of Windows Mobile smartphones with the Acer Tempo M900 likely to be the first to market.
Acer acquired its smartphone division from E-ten last year and this is the first device we’ve seen under the Acer brand. This beast of a device packs in a 3.8-inch touchscreen that delivers a full email and internet browsing experience to the user.
The Acer Tempo M900 comes with a full QWERTY slide-out keyboard and running Windows Mobile 6.1, delivers the best internet service yet, courtesy of HSDPA connectivity.
It’s a good looking device and with a 533MHz processor and 128MB of memory, it’s fine for those who need to check email on a regular basis. What’s more, it even packs in a 5-megapixel camera with video support, so you’ll be able to make the most of pics and video clips.
No word on pricing or when it’ll be available.
