If you tend to carry two mobile phones around all the time you might be interested in LG’s new offering, which offers dual SIM slots. The KS660 is the Korean firm’s first two SIM mobile, and basically it allows users to combine two phone accounts in a single handset.
And unlike a lot of dual SIM phones, it’s not a dull-looking lemon on the styling front. This sports a 3-inch touchscreen display and very few physical buttons, plus an unique-looking textured back plate.
Spec-wise it’s no slouch either: while it’s only tri-band with no 3G or Wi-Fi, it does carry a 5-megapixel camera with auto focus, flash and 720 x 480 video capture, plus a motion-sensing accelerometer (presumably to change the screen orientation when you tilt the phone to view videos or use the camera).
The KS660 is launching first in Russia and the Far East, but according to reports a variant may eventually come to the UK - in which case we’d guess LG will add 3G at the very least.
