If you like the look of Google’s mobile OS, but aren’t so smitten with T-Mobile’s G1 hardware then the good news is come new year there’ll be a second Android handset to coo over.
Coming from Australian manufacturer Kogan, the Agora will initially be available down under, bit it will also ship it internationally too. If it’s successful, then you may see it pop up on a network near you soon.
The Agora is available in two flavours: the base model packs a 2.5in touchscreen, Qwerty keyboard and 3G. The Pro version also adds in a 2-megapixel snapper and Wi-Fi to boot.
Once you’ve added on international postage, the Agora will set you back just £152 while the Pro comes in at £203. Here’s hoping the networks are listening and they’ll start shipping one with a hefty subsidy too.
