Other talents include GPS, automatic location sensing via A-GPS, Wi-Fi, HSDPA for lightning 3G access, expandable memory via microSD up to 48GB, a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar lens and dual LED flash and video at up to 30fps. Using Nokia’s new S60 5th Edition operating system, the N97 features a handsome homescreen that’s packed with widgets and live info, streaming in from your social networking accounts and RSS feeds on the fly.
It will launch in the UK in the first half of 2009 for 550 Euros, although it’ll certainly launch on contract meaning you should be able to pick it up at a snip of the handset cost.
