If you were wondering which handset would follow the T-Mobile G1, then you could be forgiven for dismissing the obvious G2 - although in this case it’ll be from Chinese manufacturer Sciphone.
Officially called the Dream G2, it unusually doesn’t feature a keyboard - just an onscreen numeric touchpad for making calls, which could make text entry a little difficult.
Spec wise, it’s pretty packed, featuring a 4-megapixel camera, 2.8-inch touchscreen and Wi-Fi. Sadly there’s no 3G or GPS though.
It’s headed for the Far East soon, but we’ll just have to wait and see if it ever turns up on these shores.
