The T-Mobile G1 may have launched less than a week ago, but that hasn’t stopped Taiwanese G1 maker HTC churning out another top touchscreen phone in that time - the HTC Touch HD - and we’ve got early hands on pics right here.
The box is stylishly minimalist, but that’s not what we’re here for. Lifting the lid and we’ve got the Touch HD itself: photos don’t do justice to the lavish touchscreen. At 3.8 inches, it’s one of the biggest on the market, and somehow it even manages to make Windows Mobile look super slick.
We took some of the features for a quick spin, and the solid 5 megapixel snapper is a huge improvement on the cameras in the G1 or iPhone. Don’t worry about storage for the shots though: Orange say that an 8GB memory card will be included in the box on release.
