Nokia is set to launch an updated black version of its N82 smartphone within weeks.
Several unofficial photos of the black-clad N82 camera phone had been spotted in the shadowy corners of the web over the past few weeks, but now Nokia has spilled all the beans, emptying out its top secret file and officially confirming the sombre-tinted Nseries newcomer.
There had been speculation that the Finnish phone giant was going to cram 8GB of internal storage into the black clad candybar, but it seems that was mistaken – although you will be able to fit the phone with 8GB of space for snaps, music and video, it’s just that it’ll have to be via a microSD card instead. Other features on the Nokia N82 include a superb 5-megapixel camera with Xenon flash, a GPS receiver for satnav and other location-based activities such as photo geotagging, and HSDPA for ultra-speedy web browsing and downloading.
